Clients working with me are often carrying complex, layered pain—especially from relationships that left them confused, shut down, or ashamed. I specialize in narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, and trauma recovery, and I bring a blend of clinical training and real-life perspective into every session.

I’ve lived through a lot of what my clients have been through, and that means I get it on a level that goes beyond theory. I’ve been through loss, heartache, and deep suffering that felt never-ending, but not only did those experiences deepen my relationship with God in a way that never otherwise would have been possible, those experiences also led me here, with a desire to be the person for others that I needed myself.

My faith as a Christian is an important part of who I am, and it shapes how I understand healing, suffering, and hope. I believe every person is made with inherent dignity and worth, and that no amount of trauma, abuse, or broken relationship can erase that truth.

My experiences as the daughter of a missionary kid with pastors in the family and as one who has spent a lot of time in church ministry give me unique insight into church and faith experiences. For clients who desire it, I am honored to integrate a Christian worldview into our work together — exploring how beliefs, faith, scripture, prayer, and spiritual wounds intersect with emotional and relational healing.

I also recognize that faith can be complicated, especially for those who have experienced spiritual abuse, church harm, or teachings that reinforced shame or silence. You don’t have to protect your beliefs, or your doubts, here. Whether your faith feels strong, fragile, or distant, we can explore it at a pace that feels safe and supportive. Therapy with me is never about forcing beliefs, but about helping you reconnect with truth, freedom, and restoration in ways that align with your values.

If you’re not comfortable incorporating faith into your sessions, that’s okay, too. Sometimes we just want to know that our therapist is coming from a similar worldview, even if it’s not discussed.

I’ll walk beside you, not in front of you. I ask curious questions, point out patterns, and make space for the mess without rushing the process. I don’t do performative positivity. I believe in finding beauty in the broken places and holding space for the whole truth, even when it’s hard.  If it’s awkward, we name it. If it’s heavy, we breathe through it. And if you need someone to sit in the dark with you until the light comes back, I’m here for that too.
