Pastor Norma Tilton is a pastoral counselor with over 25 years experience in counseling, especially in the areas of marital and premarital counseling. She has taught marriage education for many years and served as President of Marriage Works of MD for over 15 years. She also does personal development/personal mastery counseling using profiles and other assessments.
