Healing can take many forms in our lives and therapy is one of those places that can facilitate that process.

Finding a therapist, you can trust to process some of the difficult moments in your life is foundational. As your counseling partner, I will create a safe place for you as you navigate the challenges you are facing and help you figure out what you want and need moving forward.   I believe in God’s healing and the resiliency of the human heart and soul. Out of our difficulties, something beautiful can emerge. Come as you are and we can go from there.

I enjoy working with adults of all ages and stages in life. My experience includes working with individuals dealing with a variety of issues including life transitions, anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, loss and grief of all kinds.

Experience

I obtained my MA in Counseling Psychology from Bethel University and a BS in Christian Ministry from Crown College.  I am a fully licensed & credentialed mental health counselor in Minnesota, Wisconsin and Arizona.

Technique

My approach is strengths-based and from a holistic perspective. Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered and Solution Focused often are incorporated into therapy that is tailored to each client’s needs.

*I offer a sliding fee scale for private pay.  Most credit cards are accepted. You can also pay with your HSA or FSA accounts. I can also send you a super bill that can provide you a receipt for you to submit for out of network insurance reimbursement.
