I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey. My role is to walk alongside you, providing tools, insight, and support while respecting your unique pace and goals.

My life has been filled with many mountains and valleys, but I can see God’s presence in every season. My family and I are very involved with our church, and we believe that Godly fellowship and community service are important parts of a Christian’s life.

As a Christian counselor, I believe it is important to incorporate your faith into sessions through discussions about scripture, good books and podcasts, and prayer.

I offer counseling for individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s difficulties. My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe in the power of authentic connection and in your ability to heal and thrive.

In addition to counseling, I have worked in children’s ministry for several years. I also have experience as an EMT-B, teacher, and in other mental/behavioral health settings.
