I have several ways to decrease the pain. I’m here to support you.  We target specific goals of change and identify steps toward those goals. I use science-based interventions exploring past and current patterns that hold you back from making progress. Most of my clinical experience has been treating depression, anxiety, grief, bipolar, trauma, and PTSD.  I have been a Christian for 40+ years and will spirituality to be included into our sesessions; however, I will defer to your decisions whether to include it or not.
