At times, we face challenging circumstances which can lead to unmanageable emotions or relationships that don’t work. If you’re struggling, seek help and know that things can change. I have several ways to decrease the pain. I’m here to support you. We target specific goals of change and identify steps toward those goals. I use science-based interventions exploring past and current patterns that hold you back from making progress. Most of my clinical experience has been treating depression, anxiety, grief, bipolar, trauma, and PTSD. I have been a Christian for 40+ years and will spirituality to be included into our sesessions; however, I will defer to your decisions whether to include it or not. As mentioned above, I use research-based interventions and add spiritual and biblical prinicples to our sessions.
