About Location Finances Services Experience

As an adult women dealing with traumatic events of past in relationships or things that you did or things that happened to you as a child/teen can be really hard. It can make you feel overwhelmed with shame and guilt. You may believe lies the world & the enemy have told you about yourself. Questioning who you are, who God is and why this happened to you become common, finding yourself asking: Why is life so hard? Shouldn’t I just “be over this?” “What’s wrong me?” etc. My desire is to build a helpful relationship with you. I invite you to be vulnerable open, and honest, in order to heal, find hope, & live your best life!

We will go beyond typical “talk therapy” & implement Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and other therapies as appropriate. I can also provide a spiritual option with Listening Prayer (LP). LP (also known as inner healing prayer) can be used as a stand alone or with EMDR. For clients who love dogs, I have a black lab who can attend your in-person sessions or also occasionally show up on screen for telehealth clients. 
Putting yourself out there, asking for help can feel overwhelming. I get it! Just think though, if you take that one step, you could be on your way to getting help, to finding healing, & hope. Become the best version of you! The version of who God created/intended for you to be in this life. I pray I can be the therapist who walks with you towards healing.
