I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Idaho and Oregon. I am also a pastor's wife who has accepted the calling into ministry by providing counseling for mental health and also spiritual health needs. I believe that both our mental and emotional well-being depend largely on our spiritual health, However, I also believe our spiritual health can be negatively impacted by how we are feeling and functioning in daily life. We all have challenges in our lives that sometimes become difficult to cope or manage and can take our focus away from Christ, the only true healer we all need.
