Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked to help people manage and move beyond pain, to gain perspective and healing in their life. I offer Christian counseling, and I want to help you achieve wellness and peace. I work toward helping you achieve symptom relief as well as process and manage the source of the distress for long term healing. I am currently accepting new clients and able to accept most insurances.
My experience has been with individuals, children, and families, and with a large focus on trauma. I use a variety of interventions designed to not only help you achieve current symptom relief and improve functioning but also address the underlying causes of the distress, allowing for processing and insight into what may be holding you back.
