I am an LPC-Associate supervised by Cherie Miller, LPC-S. I primarily work from cognitive behavior therapy because thoughts control so much of our lives, but I tailor therapy to you. Emotional regulation, acceptance therapy, solutions based work, and dialectical behavior are just a few options that I pull from to make therapy work for you.
