If your thinking is not right, you won't feel right. I provide mental health therapy to teens, adults, families, and couples equipping them with tools to overcome life’s challenges. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor in North Richland Hills, TX.  I have a Master of Science in Counseling from Abilene Christian University, I am a Certified Mental Health Coach, and certified as a Child & Adolescent Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP-CA), as well as a Love and Logic Parenting Facilitator. Using a personalized approach, we might use person-centered therapy to talk through problems, cognitive behavioral therapy to help change negative thought patterns, or solution-focused therapy to help you find solutions that work. Sessions often incorporate mindfulness, games, activities, art and other techniques, especially when working with adolescents. I provide faith-based services, but if religion is not your thing we won't approach therapy in this manner.
