Hello and thank you for stopping by! I’d like to share a bit about me should you consider selecting me as your therapist.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish, and I am competent in Hispanic cultural needs, and especially enjoy working with the Asian and the Latino community. I provide weekly online talk therapy to Catholic based mental health adults in their 30s and 40s who want to develop coping strategies for daily stressors, understand their thoughts and patterns behind their emotional struggles, learn how to handle overwhelming emotions, find balance and stability and re(discover) tools for a calmer mind. I have been in the field of mental health for over 10 years and enjoy working with motivated, growth-oriented clients who want to improve their engagement in life. I am also a practicing Catholic, and use the Catholic faith into the therapeutic and treatment process, so those choosing me as their therapist, will be encouraged to use the Catholic faith. I absolutely love working with Catholic clients because I get to share my full self with them. My plan is not to work with you forever, but to give you the tools to get you on your way. When I am not working, I spend time with my dog, either on another adventure across the world, or enjoying the outdoors locally!
