My husband and I own our private practice, Crescent City Counselors and Associates, and work with diverse populations, ages, and a range of presenting issues.  I use cognitive-behavioral therapy in my work with clients but am also eclectic and utilize different modalities to best fit each unique client. I have a special interest in working with older adults (65+) and using Reminiscence therapy with this population. I believe the client is the expert in his or her life, and I am honored to offer support as he or she navigates life’s myriad experiences and challenges.  I view the human person from a Catholic-Christian perspective which allows me to better understand the whole person- spiritually, mentally and physically.
