I specialize in working with survivors of trauma, those navigating grief and loss, life transitions and challenges in relationships. I use a variety of approaches including Brainspotting, Attachment based approaches, Somatic Experiencing, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Christian informed care. Growth does not happen by mere chance; it is the result of forces working together to create change. I will humbly take the passenger seat and provide an empathetic, safe, and warm environment to promote self-discovery and growth.
