I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years and I have a passion for helping people to heal and grow into their potential.  I have done a lot of healing and expansion work of my own and in recent years, I have been focused on strengthening my spiritual walk.

I struggled with anxiety from childhood.  In college, I received a great deal of insight and healing from psychotherapy.  In my late 20s, I discovered the power of getting out of my comfort zone with life coaching.  I’ve trained extensively over the past two decades in various coaching and psycho-therapeutic modalities.  In recent years I have focused on integrating Biblical principles and Scripture into my work with clients who are believers and who are open to the gospel.  It has been a rewarding addition to my practice and an amazing resource in supporting those clients.

My style is non-judgmental, compassionate and direct, with a dose of humor.  As a stress and anxiety specialist, I help clients learn how to regulate their emotional state and stress response so that they can get unstuck from old patterns.  This results in building self compassion and confidence, breaking through limiting beliefs and gaining improved coping and communication skills that are needed to become more present, create healthier relationships and enjoy better work/life balance.

I integrate the wisdom of Neuroscience, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness practices in my clinical work to increase self awareness, healing, coping skills and personal growth.
