Brenda Cochran is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Arizona since 2002.  Her experience includes working in a large in-patient psychiatric hospital providing treatment on the continuum of care from crisis intakes, emergency room psychiatric care, intensive outpatient groups, and assisting families with detoxing from substances related to addiction. She then transitioned into a faith-based setting where a counseling director position was created for her in one of the most innovative churches in the Phoenix Metroplitan Area – Pure Heart Church.  There, she developed and provided oversight of a full-service counseling center and for 19 years helped thousands of families navigate addiction, mental health issues and trauma through Professional Christian Counseling, Christian-based intensive group therapy, support groups, pastoral counseling as well as educating and supporting pastors and church staff. She has been ordained since 2010. She continues to be passionate about treating mental health and substance use issues from a Christian whole-person trauma-informed perspective and in 2015 she launched Zoe Integrated Health PLLC, her private practice, where she provides Christian psychotherapy for adults through a whole-person lens.  Also, she now speaks and consults with churches throughout the nation inspiring them to learn the necessary tools to help their congregants navigate addiction, mental health issues and trauma from a Biblical perspective. Brenda resides in downtown Phoenix her personal interests include wellness and bodybuilding.
