Life brings with it a spectrum of experiences—both painful and beautiful—and the choices we make in response to those experiences shape how we move through the world. In our work together, I aim to offer a grounded and compassionate space where you can begin to explore these moments with curiosity and care. I approach therapy through a holistic and relational lens, honoring the unique blend of your emotional landscape, internal parts, nervous system, and life story.

Rooted in psychodynamic theory and attachment-focused work, I support individuals and couples in understanding how early relational patterns and formative experiences continue to shape present-day dynamics, beliefs, and emotional responses. I also draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) to help you identify and build relationships with the different parts of yourself—especially those carrying pain, shame, or protective roles—so that healing and integration can occur from within.
I’m especially passionate about walking alongside those navigating grief and loss, spiritual or religious trauma, complex relationship dynamics, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, and the often nonlinear path of self-discovery.
My goal is to co-create a safe, attuned, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel empowered to explore the inner world of your thoughts, feelings, and internal parts.
