It is such a priveledge for me to be able to have a career when I work to help people find joy in life and heal from pain. I believe that God desires for all of us to have healthy brains and to heal from pain life has brought. If you struggle with feelings of not being enough or pain from trauma, or even pain from other people who are Christians too, I would be honored to walk along side of you and help you heal from those feelings. I use a combination of techniques including EMDR, CBT, DBT and ACT as well as the use of art and laughter to make your healing journey one that leads to real results. I care deeply for my client’s progress and will encourage and support you when you need to be support and gently push when you need to be encouraged to work harder. Life is not easy, but it can be a lot of fun also.
