I approach my work from a Christian worldview, where the basis for human dignity comes from being created in God’s image. In the counseling room, I emphasize the relational nature of humans as reflective of God’s relational character. I recognize we have a God-given call to relationships with a yearning to connect, knitted in our souls. I believe we find meaning is embedded in the context of relationships with God and others.

Couples counseling is designed to build lasting, healthy relationships by addressing conflict constructively and enhancing emotional bonds. My clients want to make a change and learn to express your needs and desires clearly and constructively. I will guide you in changing negative interaction patterns. You will develop new ways of relating to yourselves and others, fostering healthier relationships and emotional connections.
