I enjoy working with a wide range of individuals, from children to the elderly. As a former teacher of over 15 years, I’m comfortable supporting children and teens process family adjustments, challenging feelings, self-identify, and trauma. I also enjoy supporting couples with conflict resolution and connection, using an attachment-focused lens and tools from the Gottman Institute and training as a Certified Partners of Trauma Therapist (CPTT). I treat symptoms of past and current trauma, anxiety, low elf-esteem, depression, grief and loss, relationship issues and divorce recovery. I care about the whole family. I integrate Christ-centered practices, including prayer, for those desiring to grow in their faith and understanding of God’s love.

Bringing professional and personal experiences to my work, I support life transitions such as having children, vocational changes, loss of a loved one, health problems, empty nesting, and retirement. Raising 3 young-adult children has offered me a front-row seat to navigating parenting, learning how to love more fully through a compassionate lens.

I enjoy celebrating the beauty and strength of each individual and helping them discover meaning through all experiences.
