I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, based in Kentucky and I received my Masters from the University of Kentucky and have been practicing for 11 years. I help teens and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, and trauma to overcome these challenges. Together we will make a plan to help you achieve your goals and live your best life. My approach
Common approaches include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Humanistic Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapies. Each has its own techniques and focus areas, such as changing thought patterns, enhancing emotional regulation, or exploring past experiences.

My focus
I love working with clients of all ages and from different backgrounds. My clients are eager to improve but don’t yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about the next steps.

My communication style
I utilize a very relaxed communication style. If you’re looking for a stuffy, overly professional therapist–I’m not a match!
My journey to mental healthcare
As a provider, one of my greatest strengths is empathy, which ultimately leads to being very open-minded. I can truly look at any situation objectively. This is a judgment-free zone!
