Hello! I’m Kathryn. The passion for my work has been born out of my love for people and their unique stories, combined with my love for helping people problem solve solutions towards health and joy. I feel honored to have the opportunity to walk beside and support others as they journey through difficult or confusing circumstances. I believe that everyone is capable of a meaningful, well-lived life when given the opportunity to change stuck patterns, process and grow through trauma, reconcile confusing thoughts and feelings, or navigate change by shifting towards new goals or lifestyle changes. I treasure helping people find or redefine the rooted purpose for their life in a way that anchors meaning and hope! 

As an integrative practitioner, I have special focus on work that addresses the whole person and believe that no one facet of our design can exist healthfully without the others. I value exploring and discovering the root of a challenge and giving guidance on restoring dysfunction at the source. I work with many diagnoses but specialize in anxiety, self esteem/worth struggles, relationship challenges and life’s transitions.  Aside from counseling, things that are important to me are my faith, my family and spending time outdoors.
