As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I believe in the healing and transforming power of Jesus Christ. God does not call us to walk through our struggles alone—He provides us with connection, support, and His grace. There are no quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions, but with God’s help, change is possible. Step by step, we can work together toward restoration, trusting that He will give you the strength needed for each part of the journey.

One of my favorite Bible verses is Matthew 19:26: “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible” (NKJV). This verse has been a constant source of strength for me, reminding me to keep faith at the center and to trust that with God’s help, healing and transformation can happen. It also reassures us that we are never meant to carry our struggles alone—with God’s grace and the right support, we can walk toward restoration and hope.
