The storms of life can be overwhelming at times. My approach is grounded in the transformative power of God’s Word. I believe true healing and growth begin with the renewing of the mind, as Romans 12:2 reminds us:’Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.’ Through Christ-centered guidance, I aim to help individuals move away from worldly patterns by changing their old ways of thinking and embrace the freedom, peace, and clarity that come from aligning their hearts and minds with God’s truth. It is my hope that my clients will find always find a safe and compassionate place where they can transform into all they were meant to be.

As a graduate of Liberty University, I was honored to be nominated and endorsed as a National Certified Counselor and member of Chi Sigma Iota Honor Society for counselors. While I have a deep passion for providing therapy that brings balance and hope to those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, and interpersonal challenges, I find great joy in working with children, adolescents, individuals, couples, and families.
