My journey into counseling has been shaped by both my personal walk with God and a deep desire to help others find hope in the midst of life’s most difficult seasons. Over the years, I’ve witnessed the healing that can take place when people are given a safe space to process their experiences while being reminded of God’s love, grace, and faithfulness. That calling led me to become both a licensed therapist and a licensed minister, allowing me to serve others through compassionate, evidence-based care rooted in biblical truth.

One of the scriptures that guides both my life and my work is Isaiah 41:10: “Fear not, for I am with you… I will strengthen you and help you.” This verse is a reminder that no one has to face life’s challenges alone. I also draw encouragement from Proverbs 3:5–6, which reminds us to trust the Lord for wisdom and direction, even when the path ahead feels uncertain.

For clients who desire faith integration, I thoughtfully incorporate biblical principles, prayer, Scripture, and Christian values into the therapeutic process while using evidence-based approaches to support emotional healing and personal growth. My goal is never to replace sound clinical care with spiritual practices, but to thoughtfully integrate both in a way that aligns with each client’s beliefs, values, and goals.

Whether you are seeking healing from anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, or a major life transition, my hope is that you will experience a compassionate, grace-filled space where healing, growth, and lasting hope can flourish.
