My name is Tim Blanton. I was not raised in church. I dedicated my life to the Lord shortly before my 28th birthday way back in 1996. After years in law enforcement (military and civilian) God called me to be a counselor. He said, “Tim you have dealt with people your whole life. Now, I want you to help them.” This is my ministry and as such I am honored to be used by Him to help others in the journey to wholeness. Our lives are influenced by our experiences, good and bad. Navigating our past or present can be difficult. God has allowed me to take the family dysfunction and trauma I have experienced, as a child and an adult, and use it to help others.

My practice is called EarthMovers Counseling. This comes from Zechariah 4:7.

God desires to remove the obstacles in our lives, that keep us from becoming all He has created us to be. Obstacles can be things like: transportation, work and family schedules, financial, etc. I work with people to accommodate their needs any way I can.
