Hi, I’m Teal. For nearly three decades, I’ve had the honor of walking alongside individuals and families through seasons of struggle, growth, and restoration. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) in Alabama, with a Master’s from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.  I’m passionate about guiding others toward healing that brings peace to both heart and mind.

Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, addiction, spiritual confusion, or relational pain—there is hope. I provide a safe, grace-filled space where Truth and compassion meet, and where we invite God’s presence to guide the process. I’ve seen the Lord redeem what once felt lost.
