My faith is the foundation of both my life and my work as a therapist. I believe that God created us for connection, with Him and with one another, and that healing often begins when we experience grace, truth, and hope in the midst of life’s challenges.

One verse that continually guides my work is Proverbs 3:5-6: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to Him, and He will make your paths straight.” This passage reminds me that while therapy provides practical tools and insight, lasting hope is ultimately found in God’s wisdom and faithfulness.

I also draw encouragement from Romans 8:28, which reminds us that God can bring purpose and redemption even through life’s most difficult seasons.
