My faith in Christ is central to who I am — not just professionally, but personally. I’ve walked through seasons that required deep trust in the Lord, and I’ve seen firsthand how God uses both truth and wise counsel to bring healing. Because of that, I don’t see therapy and faith as separate worlds. I believe they work beautifully together.

Scripture deeply shapes how I understand people, suffering, and growth. I’m especially anchored by verses like Psalm 34:18, which reminds us that the Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and Romans 12:2, which speaks to the renewing of the mind. So much of what we do in counseling — identifying distorted beliefs, replacing lies with truth, learning to live with courage and self-control — reflects Biblical principles that have stood the test of time.

When clients desire it, I thoughtfully integrate faith into our work together. That might look like viewing challenges through a Biblical lens, incorporating prayer, exploring spiritual disciplines, or aligning thought patterns with God’s truth. I never force faith into the room — but I’m comfortable going there when it’s meaningful for you.

My goal is to create a steady, safe place where you can be honest, wrestle with hard things, and grow in emotional and spiritual maturity. I use evidence-based practices alongside a Christ-centered worldview because I believe God cares about our mental health just as much as our spiritual health. Healing is possible, and it’s an honor to walk with people as they pursue it.
