I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and a Certified EMDR Therapist, providing psychotherapy services out of my private office in Tyler, Texas.  I have been providing counseling services in various roles for the past 30 years (including clinics, schools, community, corporate, and private practice settings).

As an EMDR therapist, I specialize in assisting individuals who have gone through adversity and trauma (assault, war experiences, sexual abuse or rape, motor vehicle accidents, etc.) as they recover from stress and anxiety issues. I also have experience helping couples with a wide range of relational difficulties. My person-centered approach has proven helpful for people dealing with anxiety, depression, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, panic attacks, anger issues, prolonged grief/loss, relational conflict, and many other life problems.
