I am a trauma-informed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Associate Professional Counselor who approaches healing through a whole-person framework that honors the mind, body, spirit, and soul. My work integrates evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, and EMDR-informed principles alongside a faith-centered perspective rooted in the Hebrew Scriptures and biblical wisdom.

My personal testimony has deeply shaped the way I sit with others in their healing journeys. Through seasons of personal adversity, grief, spiritual searching, and restoration, I came to understand the importance of compassionate presence, truth, discernment, and nervous system healing. These experiences strengthened my calling to walk alongside individuals who are seeking emotional healing, spiritual clarity, healthier relationships, and deeper self-understanding.

Some of the scriptures that guide my work include Proverbs 4:23, “Guard your heart, for everything you do flows from it,” Isaiah 61:1-3, which speaks of healing the brokenhearted and comforting those who mourn, and Psalm 34:18, “The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves those crushed in spirit.”

In sessions, I incorporate biblical principles in a respectful and client-centered way for those who desire faith integration within the counseling process. This may include exploring identity, forgiveness, boundaries, grief, emotional regulation, spiritual struggles, purpose, and healing through both clinical insight and scriptural reflection. My goal is to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, empowered, and safe to heal authentically.
