Hi, I’m Shelley Betts. I am a licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor, licensed by National Christian Counseling Association, and I have spent nearly 10 years working in the community as a pastoral counselor. I attended Liberty University, one of the world’s largest accredited Christian Universities. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Religion with a focus on Christian Ministries and a minor in Christian Counseling. I also received my Masters of Arts in Pastoral Counseling with a special focus on Crisis Response and Trauma. I have been educated and trained in all areas of counseling and have embraced biblical foundations in order to provide sound counseling to my clients.
After much prayer and God’s lead, I founded Hope & Healing Christian Counseling as a non-profit organization. Hope & Healing provides biblically-based counseling for adults, youth, couples, and families.
