Hello! My name is Shea Pines. I’m a licensed Graduate Marriage and Family Therapist, former professor, and dedicated women’s and children’s advocate who brings a wealth of professional and personal experience to my faith-based practice. At the core of my mission is a passion for seeing individuals and couples thrive. My objective is to help you explore new ways of thinking and being that align with your goals, values, and vision for the future.
Using a variety of interventions, including mindfulness and cognitive restructuring, I guide clients of all ages and from a variety of socioeconomic, ethnic, and religious backgrounds through life’s many challenges. I am skilled in addressing a broad range of conditions.
Therapy is a personal journey and an excellent way to avail yourself of the self-care and mental wellness you deserve. Whether your goal is to heal past traumas, learn to live in the present, or chart a new, prosperous course for the future, I look forward to partnering with you in building the mental and emotional framework you need to flourish and grow.
