Something needs to change. The stress and worry of life keep growing and you wonder if they will ever go away. Perhaps thoughts of not doing or being enough for yourself and others keep you awake at night. You may feel like you don’t know who you are anymore. There may be feelings of sadness around a loss of a person, place, relationship dream, or even your own identity and it’s possible there are things in your past you can’t seem to let go of. Maybe waking up each day feels more confusing than promising. You may also feel a shift happening in your life and aren’t quite sure what it means or what to do next. You just want change.

Together we can support you in navigating difficult thoughts and feelings. You can move from not knowing what to do, to knowing, AND doing what matters to you most. You can identify unworkable thoughts and behaviors to create lasting change. I work with high achieving women who want less burnout, more alignment with self and more clarity in their lives.

You are worthy of a quality of life that is meaningful to you, guided by values that are important to you. I know it may feel hard to imagine but true change and alignment with yourself and others can happen. I am a Christian and also work with Christians wanting to include their faith in their journey. God places people in our life to support our continued growth and journey in our faith. He wants us to always bring all of our thoughts and feelings to Him. He also knows that sometimes our pain, suffering, curiosity, questioning, joy, anxiety, sadness, happiness  needs an objective and safe place to be nurtured and comforted; heard by someone God has given the gift of listening to…a therapist, also a human living in their faith. 

Proverbs 11:14 “Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety”.

While the ultimate counselor is Jesus and God, sometimes God uses people to support others in counsel as well. ! I would be honored to support you, including your faith, in your therapeutic journey.

I see adults ages 18-64 years old. Individual sessions as well as joint sessions when needed.
