I have several years’ experience in working with anxiety, depression, medical issues, grief, and trauma. Together we will sort through your challenges in a safe and comfortable environment with a non-judgmental approach. We will look at how you view your faith and relationships with God and others.

I use an eclectic style – a fancy way saying that I use approaches that will best fit your needs to learn skills to help you where you are and to where you would like to be. I have been studying attachment theory and how it relates to our relationship with God.  Recently, I have completed my certification as Biblical Counselor, Human Flourishing Coach, Moral Injury, and spiritual and mental health first aid.
