Hi, I’m Sarah Smith, and I am passionate about helping individuals find healing, hope, and a deeper understanding of themselves through counseling and spiritual integration.

My journey into counseling began as a teacher and school counselor, where I discovered my passion for supporting people through life’s challenges. I later served in ministry, which further deepened my desire to walk alongside others and help them recognize their value, purpose, and connection to God.

I have witnessed God do miraculous things in my own life and in the lives of those around me. I continue to be in awe when I see His work unfold through the healing process of a client. I believe Scripture provides guidance for navigating life, and that God often uses people to offer love, encouragement, and support to one another. My desire is to be a vessel for His grace, love, and guidance as I walk alongside clients on their journeys.

A Scripture that guides my work is:

“You hem me in behind and before, and you lay your hand upon me.” — Psalm 139:5

This verse reminds me that God is present in every part of our story — in our struggles, our healing, and our growth. I believe we are created as whole beings, and true healing can involve emotional, relational, and spiritual growth.

In counseling, I incorporate Biblical principles through spiritual integration, honoring each client’s faith journey and creating space to explore how spiritual beliefs, values, and Scripture can provide strength and guidance. I also incorporate evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each individual’s needs, helping clients process challenges, develop healthy coping skills, strengthen relationships, and move toward greater healing and wholeness.
