As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I’m committed to integrating faith-based, Biblical wisdom with clinical excellence. I hold a Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University’s School of Behavioral Sciences, and a Bachelor’s degree in Bible and Intercultural Studies from Columbia International University, where I cultivated a deep love for Scripture and cross-cultural ministry. I’m also a proud member of the American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).

Faith can be thoughtfully and respectfully woven into therapy for clients who desire spiritually-integrated care. I believe in honoring both God’s truth and sound psychological science, without compromising either.

As a wife and mother of five, I understand the complexity of real-life challenges and bring deep empathy to my work with parents, couples, and families. I provide support for those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, betrayal trauma, narcissistic abuse, mood disorders, and major life transitions.

I work with men, women, children, couples, and families to restore connection, build resilience, and promote emotional and relational well-being. As a trained EMDR therapist, I help clients reprocess painful memories and gain freedom from the past. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based approaches to support growth and emotional regulation.

In addition, I am an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist (ASDCS) and provide comprehensive evaluations for Autism (ASD) and ADHD. I offer diagnostic clarity, compassionate feedback, and written reports and medical letters for school or workplace accommodations—because early, accurate diagnosis can be life-changing.
