I was born and raised in Iceland and have lived and traveled internationally, experiences that deeply shaped my appreciation for culture, faith, and identity. I became a Christian 25 years ago during a pivotal season of my life while living and working in Italy. That experience profoundly transformed my life and continues to shape how I approach my roles as a mother, wife, friend, military spouse of over 20 years, and therapist.

For clients who desire Christian counseling, I believe that healing, growth, and restoration are deeply connected to one’s relationship with God. Drawing from biblical principles, I offer a safe and compassionate space to explore life’s challenges while integrating faith-based perspectives with evidence-based therapeutic approaches. My work is grounded in empathy and respect, offering both spiritual support and practical strategies to promote emotional, mental, and relational well-being.

I have a particular passion for working with couples navigating the devastating impact of infidelity and provide support for betrayed partners. I also facilitate an online support group for betrayed spouses who have chosen to remain in their marriages.
