I was born and raised in Iceland and I became a Christian 25 years ago when I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior at one of my lowest points while working and living in Italy. I had been traveling the world seeking something but until that moment I didn’t know what my heart was searching for. God truly changed my life that day, and I have sought to love others as Christ loves me as a mom, wife, friend, military spouse for over twenty years, and therapist. I believe that at the heart of Christian counseling is the belief that healing, growth, and restoration come through a relationship with God. Drawing from Biblical principles, I provide a safe, compassionate space for individuals to explore their struggles while integrating faith-based solutions to life’s challenges. I approach each client with empathy, offering both spiritual guidance and practical strategies to promote emotional, mental, and relational well-being. I have a huge passion for couples that are working through the devastating discovery of infidelity. I also run an online support group for betrayed spouses that have decided to stay in their marriage.
