I am a certified EMDR therapist, with 30+ years experience. I help my clients transform their lives from pain and stress to peace and resolution. In a warm therapeutic setting, I instill hope and healing for those struggling with anxiety, depression, loss, PTSD, relationship conflict, and academic/work related stress. I also incorporate Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) to manage obsessive compulsive symptoms and OCD.
I work with clients to process and overcome thoughts and feelings that block gratifying experiences. I have a flexible and collaborative approach to treatment and can provide face to face or telehealth sessions to best meet client needs.
