I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A), practicing under the supervision of Shanon Thomas, LPC-S. In addition to my clinical training, I bring over 20 years of experience in Christian leadership and pastoral counseling. I have had the privilege of walking alongside individuals and couples through challenges related to marriage, family dynamics, faith, and personal growth, helping them pursue restoration, wisdom, and hope rooted in Christ.

I work with teens (13+), adults, couples, and families who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally weary as they navigate anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, life transitions, and spiritual struggles. I offer a calm, Christ-centered space where you can slow down, be truly seen, and begin to understand the burdens you’re carrying. I believe lasting healing takes place where safety, compassion, and biblical truth come together, and where God’s grace meets us in our pain.
