Hello, I’m Rebecca, and I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor. I believe that therapy should be a place where you can truly be yourself—a space where you can come as you are with no fear of judgment. My practice is built on the philosophy that genuine connection and compassionate support are the cornerstones of lasting change.  I believe the best way to achieve overall healing is to address mind, body, and soul. My approach is collaborative and tailored to your unique needs. While I draw from evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based practices, I also believe in utilizing faith in my counseling practice if my client would like to integrate it. My primary focus is creating a warm and trusting space where you feel truly seen and heard. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide the guidance and tools you need to achieve your goals and foster resilience.
