ABOUT ME

I am a quadruple board certified Biblical Counselor and Master Christian Coach specializing in trauma-informed, faith-centered emotional healing.

I work primarily with women navigating emotional overwhelm, relational pain, identity struggles, and nervous system dysregulation — helping them build emotional capacity, safety, and resilience while remaining grounded in Scripture and grace.

My approach integrates biblical truth with emotional regulation, nervous system awareness, and compassionate care. I don’t rush clients toward quick answers. I walk alongside them as they heal, grow, and restore connection with God, themselves, and others.
