Hi! My name is Rachel and I am so glad you’re here! I bring a holistic, client-centered approach to supporting adults through life’s challenges. I have a strong foundation in cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma informed care and solution focused techniques. I am committed to creating a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to build resiliency. I specialize in depression, anxiety, life transitions, stress management, trauma and have a special passion for maternal mental health. I hold a certification in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which has been shown to improve a variety of conditions but most specifically traumatic experiences. I believe a person’s Christian faith is a lens to view life through and the above techniques are filtered through that lens. I allow the client to decide how they want to incorporate their faith in their counseling journey since everyone comes from a different place in their walk with God.
