As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I help adult women find victory as they battle against anxiety, depression, grief and loss, marriage conflict or life after divorce. I blend techniques from psychology with Christian counseling to help address emotional, relational, and spiritual needs using a model that deepens your dependence on and your trust in God for healing. Together we will sort through the muck of the pain you’re enduring to gain increased insight and clarity, and acquire practical tools to calm the emotional storm within. In addition, you will: learn healthy communication strategies for decreased conflict; walk through the grief and loss and see how resilient you truly are; experience increased marital/relational connection with your loved ones; and learn how to operate from the truth that sets you free. I also provide pre-marital counseling as a certified SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) facilitator.

*Please note: I do not provide marriage counseling for husbands and wives together. I provide individual counseling for women only for support as they navigate the trials in the marital dynamic with their husbands.
