My name is Patricia Cross (Trish), and I have been a practicing clinician since 2012. I help those who want to work on their relationships. Throughout my career, I have learned that everything we are is within a relationship. I believe, we are relational beings that thrive with connection and though today we have the most impressive technology that helps us connect with others, a majority of us are still feeling very lonely and disconnected. When we feel disconnected if often leads to searching for external ways to get internal needs met and these never truly work.

My ways to help have evolved other the years with my understanding of holistic. First, I believe fully in the need to connect spiritually with a higher power. It gives us the grounding that we need to withstand adversity and there is no life without adversity. I am a certified in Imago Relationship Therapy, Advanced CBT, Women’s Mental Health, First Responder Counseling and a Chaplain in training.
