I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the State of Illinois and a member of the American Association for Christian Counselors.  I completed her M.A. in Counseling Psychology at Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and holds a B.S. in Music Therapy from Illinois State University.

During my career, I have provided counseling and music therapy services in a variety of settings, including community mental health, hospital, university, church, vocational rehabilitation, and private practice.  I provide individual, marital, and family counseling from a Christian perspective and work with adults who wish to experience personal growth, reduce anxiety and depression, improve relationships, deal with greif and loss, adoption issues, or manage emotions more effectively.  I have a special fondness for working with women of all ages.

I am married to my wonderful husband, who is also a counselor, and enjoy sharing life and work with him. We have one adult daughter. In my spare time I like to sing, travel, read, garden, and go for long walks.
