I entered the counseling profession after 19 years of working in the corporate world, following a clear sense of God’s leading into this calling. What began as a step of obedience has become a deeply fulfilling assignment: walking alongside individuals and families in their journey toward healing and wholeness.

As a believer in Jesus Christ, I approach counseling from a holistic perspective—recognizing that true healing involves the spirit, soul, and body. For clients who desire it, I integrate faith into the counseling process, creating a space where clinical tools and biblical truth can work together for transformation.

I believe that God is the ultimate healer, and that Christ’s finished work on the cross extends to every area of our lives—mental, emotional, and physical. As Scripture reminds us:

“He Himself bore our sins in His body on the tree… by whose stripes you were healed.”
(1 Peter 2:24)

This truth anchors my belief that healing is not only possible, but available.

One of the scriptures that continually guides my work is:

“He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.”
(Psalm 147:3)

In my sessions, I strive to create a compassionate, safe, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel seen, heard, and supported. Whether through evidence-based therapeutic approaches or faith-based encouragement, my goal is to help individuals rediscover hope, experience healing, and walk in the fullness of who God has called them to be.
