My relationship with Christ is the foundation of how I view healing and growth. I believe that through Jesus, we are not only supported, but also transformed—especially in the areas where we feel stuck or burdened.

My faith is an important part of both my life and the work I do. Over time, my relationship with Christ has deepened my understanding of healing—not just as symptom relief, but as true transformation from the inside out.

I believe that through Jesus, we are given the opportunity to experience renewal, freedom, and restoration, even in the areas of our lives that feel stuck or unresolved. This perspective naturally shapes how I approach therapy, especially when working with clients who are navigating patterns rooted in past experiences or attachment wounds.

For clients who desire it, I integrate biblical principles into our work, which may include prayer, exploring how faith intersects with your experiences, and using Scripture as a source of truth, guidance, and encouragement.

A verse that often guides my work is Romans 12:2 — “Do not be conformed to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.” I believe this reflects both the spiritual and emotional transformation that is possible in the healing process.
