I am  a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor & Life Coach. I offer guidance and provide a warm, supportive, and compassionate place for my clients to process, face, and overcome their challenges. I provide counseling to individuals from all walks of life who are navigating challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, spiritual struggles, or those simply seeking coaching and guidance to move forward in their journey.

I am ordained and became a Pastoral Counselor after working for more than 20 years in Christian Ministry. I actively collaborate with the Holy Spirit in regards to helping my clients find their unique path to freedom. I use a wide a variety of tools like Talk Therapy, Inner Healing Prayer, CBT, ACT, and of course Scripture to enable my clients to resolve their issues, achieve their goals, and move their lives forward in the right direction.

I came to the Lord over 30 years ago after enduring a very hard life so I understand the personal difference His grace and healing can make. After my own journey of healing and working in Christian ministry for  20 years,  the Lord asked me to go back to school to get my Masters so I could go into Pastoral Counseling. I have witnessed first hand the countless miracles that God can do and have experienced the extent of His boundless love for people.

Being a Pastoral Counselor is a calling not just a job. I love what I do and I am blessed with the distinct privilege of being invited to walk alongside and share in my client’s unique and personal journey. Providing my clients with skilled, compassionate, Christ-Centered counseling that makes a positive difference in their journey is my passion.
