We are all on a journey in this life, and I would love to help you along yours.   I use a relational, person-centered approach to help provide a safe space for a person to be able to process their thoughts and feelings related to their counseling needs and find healing.   I use a primarily Cognitive Behavioral approach, but am also able to provide trauma informed care, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Accelerated Resolution Therapy, and incorporate Christian values and principles in your session.

God doesn’t bring us to something unless He is going to bring us through it.  He will help you get to the other side of it.  Life is hard.   People go through traumatic, scary things and need a safe place and a safe person to walk alongside them to work through it.

At Bennefield & Associates we strive to help people find their path in life, whatever that needs to look like.
