I have been a counselor for 11 years and have been a Christian for all my life. Focus areas of my counseling are anxiety, depression, stress, substance use, ADHD, relationship issues, and trauma. I love working with my clients and helping them grow and find healing and peace. My motto for my practice is “Transcending Obstacles and Living an Abundant Life”. We all have struggles in life and need support from time to time. I can help you identify your goals, identify any barriers, and create a plan for you to ‘live your best life’. I incorporate my faith into my counseling by using my training in the context of Christ, and the example He has set for us.
